Via Tiraboschi 3/A - Milano Client: Fratelli Greppi Year: construction in progress Total area : 2.050 sqm The project, mainly a residential zone close to Piazzale Libia, is characterized by big city blocks with structures dating from the beginning of the 20th century. From an architectural point of view, the main goal of the demolition and reconstruction was the alignment to the existing eastern building, in order to cover the completely blind façade, which is currently a disharmonic element in the widening at the intersection of via Tiraboschi, Muratori and Lattuada. The adjacent western building received the same treatment with respect to the existing heights.
