The planned structure is made up of a building with two floors above ground with an attached roof parking area and is arranged to form a segmental arch following the orographic contour lines. The planned height and the arrangement of the structure enable to preserve the downhill view from the scenic road unaltered, as the new building is located entirely below the road level.
