Client: Primaticcio Properties srl Developer: Europa Risorse srl Year: 2003 Total area: 24.000 sqm The project consisted in the renovation of a building maintaining a part of the structure. The complex is composed of three above-grade floors assigned to offices and four underground levels of which the first one is dedicated to common activities (cafeteria, restaurant, general meeting room, special meeting room, etc...), the other three contain parking for a total of 330 cars.
