Client: Galotti Year: 2003 Total area : 11.350 sqm Renovation of an office building, occupying an entire city block and consisting of two buildings of different heights, as well as two underground floors. The project turned out to be a radical building upgrade, involving both the interiors, dedicated to technologically-advanced office activities, and the exterior image. The East and West façades were faced with Santafiora stone, while semi-structural curtain walls were used on the South and North façades. The basement was object of an important structural intervention, which enabled the creation of a two-level parking garage.
