The design intent was to create a hinge between the existing buildings on via del Torchio and the roman ruins in via Circo. The preexisting 'circus' is visible through a big opening at the base of the walls wherever there is a vehicular passage. The building consists of 5 above grade floors and two underground parking levels, accessed by a freight elevator.
